Dr. Phillip Tagini
Director
Dr Phillip Tagini holds a PhD in law and natural resources management from Monash University in Australia. As legal counsel, he has represented clients in the forestry, mining and fisheries sector. In the last ten years, he has held executive management roles within private companies and also within government. He was the Special Secretary to the Solomon Islands Prime Minister from 2012 to 2014. Known for his multidisciplinary approach and strong stakeholder facilitation skills, he has a proven track record of leading complex projects to successful outcomes across both public and private sectors. Dr Tagini continues to advocate for improving well-being through technological innovations.

Abraham Eby Fugui
Director
Abraham Eby Fugui holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Fiji National University. He has supported telecommunication companies in Solomon Islands setting up their satellite-based telecommunications systems. He has field experience working with clients across the Solomon Islands.
